Shane was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. He made the hard decisions easy to make and took control to save me the headaches. Shane gave me a list of things to tidy up before photo's to give the property it's best chance of reaching its potential. He also had a wide range of contacts to help me stage the property and make the house look it's best. After every open for inspection he called or text me giving me an in depth description of every potential buyer and what they thought of the property. The house sold in 10 days and I was more than happy with the outcome.

I obviously chose Ray White Chelsea as they are a very good sponsor of Edithvale bowling club. I really enjoyed the journey of selling my house, they accepted the house and furnishings as they are so I didn’t have to import new furnishing etc which made life easy.
