As professional as they come
Dylan is the utmost professional. Communication was always clear and straight forward. Any questions I had he answered and if he didn’t know the answer, he followed it up and always got back to me a couple hours later. He is an absolute legend that takes pride in looking after his customers. During lockdown, I had to reschedule appointments/inspections and he was the first to follow up to ensure I had adequate time to plan everything else. Even after settlement, he continued to offer help and suggestions. You will not be disappointed working with Dylan. He made my life so much easier

Fantastic experience the whole campaign from start to finish!
Gen was an extremely dedicated and hard worker and kept us informed for the whole campaign. Despite going into lockdown, she ensured we got the best price for our house through constant communication and even smashed the record for Harbour Town!! Very pleased with the result and would recommend Gen and the team to sell your property!

An outstanding agent
Not all agents are equal, I initially selected one agent to sell my poroperty, big mistake - limited local knowledge but a great talker who couldn't back it up. Kevin is everything this agent wasn't, Kevin has outstanding local knowledge, a well honed senses what the buyers are looking for which he backs up with outstanding marketing and salesmanship. I took every recommendation and achieved an outstanding result, Kevin is the man for me.

I was so impressed and would highly recommend Genevieve Hill of Ray White Patterson Lakes. She excelled my expectations and sold my property well above the amount I expected! From the time that I contacted Genevieve to give me a property sale estimate until the time she sold my property she constantly offered help and advice, kept in contact with me, was enthusiastic and very positive. I requested 6 local Real Estates to come and supply me a home sale estimate and Genevieve and her staff at Ray White Patterson Lakes stood out against the rest and the main reason was their great service, area knowledge and the willingness to assist with any request and their follow up was quick. friendly, helpful and professional.
