When looking for an agent to sell our house in Cheltenham it was hard to look past Kevin's reputation. We met with a couple of agents, and although we were very fond of another agent too, Kevin presented himself and his approach in such a way that I knew he would be the best man to sell in such unfavourable conditions.
Having never sold a house before was a very daunting prospect, however clear and reassuring communication gave us a better understanding of the process. All of the advertising was of the highest standard and everything was well organised. From brochures to internet, the house presented fantastically, and if someone was looking for our house they would have found it.
We received regular feedback from all opens and of any potential buyer interest.
Although sometimes the feedback wasn't great to hear, we respected his honesty and it gave us a better perspective of the market and what to expect as things neared closer to Auction day.
Unfortunately the Auction wasn't a great success as people simply weren't willing to bid, we were in the middle of a pandemic! however I felt the presentation and professionalism on the day along with Kevin's charm gave us the best possible chance.
Even though the house was passed in Kevins day did not stop there. He spent the afternoon Negociating with buyers until we had a satisfactory result. About 8pm Saturday night!
I would highly recommend Kevin with his team Nakita and Mia, they really gave us the edge we needed to get a result in such trying times. No stone was left unturned.
