I felt reassured as Angela has local knowledge and experience
Angela & her team were very prompt when responding to my questions. And I had many as this was the first time I had sold a property. I felt reassured as Angela has knowledge of the area, experience and clarity in responding to the market. I was pleased at how she listen to my concerns. Exceeded expectations, experience pays off.
Having Harry as our agent was a great benefit from the very early stages of looking to sell. He had all the time in the world to spend with us going through our property and evaluating the areas to focus on for maximum 'wow' factor. When we were looking at the different professions required he was able to open up his very extensive contact list and suggest good and reliable people, even making the initial calls on our behalf, to help speed up the process. His communication is top notch, ensuring all parties were up to date with what was happening, even taking our calls in the evening. Working with Harry was an absolute pleasure, from initial meeting thru to contract signing and settlement.
