In choosing Kevin Chokshi as our agent, the choice was initially made because ,after giving us a valuation on the property last July, he continued to update me on auctions/ results through to March this year. His feedback on all this was excellent. When it came time to choose someone for the auction, he was willing to meet with various family members , taking all their views into consideration. While family members did their own research on the real estate results in the Mentone area, Kevin was giving us similar information, confirming that we were all on the same page. He showed great integrity in all his interactions with family members. Although I was not part of the actual sale process, the view of one of my family, who attended the auction reported to me that Kevin worked extremely hard to give us a successful outcome. A relative involved in real estate was extremely impressed with his negotiation skills , all done in a friendly( not aggressive!) manner. I believe he successfully talked up the property's attributes.

Kevin was an exceptional real estate agent. He kept his word, attended all house inspections and always kept us well informed. He was also very pleasant to deal with. There was absolutely no pressure from him to reduce the price or in any other way. One of the biggest differences I saw in Kevin was that he was always available either on phone or email. As an auctioneer he made it very personal and not the standard auctioneer talk. The auction only took 10mins and the house sold for way over our reserve. Thanks to Kevin and Raywhite team, our experience is selling our house was pain free. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone. Kevin will definitively be our agent if we decide to sell again :)

when I meet Kevin for the first time I just felt he was not only after the Authority to auction my unit, but was here to assist me in the process, he outlined every step of the campaign and how we would go about the advertising. i felt at ease at every stage as he was always available to answer any questions and to reassure me when I felt a bit anxious about the ongoing process, His team member Georgie was an absolute delight during the open for inspections. He has been vital in my interaction with other agents in regard to other properties i am considering to purchase. On Auction day he was a tower of strength to me and was able to get me a price way above my reserve. I was referred to Kevin as a genuine agent and specialist auctioneer. Marketing materials were excellent. Communication and feed back was superb throughout the campaign. All of Kevin's team were the most professional agency I have ever dealt with and I have purchased and sold a lot of properties during my lifetime. I was overwhelmed at the price I achieved and that was a combination of open inspections with detailed feed back regularly and private inspections for those that couldn't make the scheduled opens. There were approximately 130 people at the auction and that was reflective of the numbers that came through the home over the last four weeks.

I will start with "did we use RateMyAgent" stated below, No, Robyn and myself already had a excellent 11 year relationship with Ray White Real Estate as Property Managers for our Rental Property. So I already had a high regard for the Companies professionalism anyway, when we decided to down size to the Rental Property the wife and I decided to invite Ray White to inspect and advise of the sale of our Principle Residence, I was willing to seek others advice as well, in other words I have been around for a long time and can tell when someone is spinning fantasies. I also research and checked Properties and there auction or sale prices make sure I wasn’t at a disadvantage. I asked Kevin Chokshi questions and got straight answers, more than I ask for, an update of property prices around the area and beyond, auctions and sale prices and the reasons why prices differ for the same type and size of properties, where my property sat in perspective to surrounding areas and no garnishes of great expectation. Kevin came back with marketing material and a strategy plan and ask if there was additions or deletion before printing. I could be here for ages telling you about Kevin Chokshi suggestions on little thing to improve looks for prospective buyers and weekly reports, phone calls on how many hits on people that viewed the web site, rang in, walked thought on open days, second viewings and statistics of interest and what to expect on auction day. We saw Kevin doing an auction at our next door neighbours house and were impressed by his professionalism. Kevin and his team did a wonderful job in all aspects of the marketing. Our auction was extremely slow and painful for us on the day but Kevin did an amazing job to get the buyer to an acceptable price for us.
