I had not sold a property before, so interviewed a number of local agents to understand the process and get a feel for the market. All of them gave explanations of the process, areas to fix before going to market and price expectations. (Commission rates, marketing costs were easier to compare than campaign approach and general comfort with agent). Nathan stood out as he was the ONLY one that provided a strategy to take the property to market with solid justifications and clear timelines. Nathan kept us informed throughout the experience, following up to provide details on feedback within 30mins of each open home and kept us feeling confident in our decision and the goal we were working toward. Nathan well and truely exceeded our expectations and we were sold within 2weeks for well over what we thought possible. We'll definitely be calling Nathan and the team at Ray White next time!

We met Dion as the agent for the vendors of the property we bought. We were so touched by his enthusiasm and friendliness that we asked him to be our agent for the sale of our house, even though it was slightly out of his area. From the get go, Dion made things super easy. He had an outstanding knowledge of the market and the area, which gave us immediate confidence and eased any nervousness we had in this unknown and unfamiliar process of selling a property. Our journey with Dion was never stressful. We never had to chase him up for an update, as he would call us with an update after every inspection and in between, and provided us with an expertly prepared inspection report about potential buyers, their comments and potential purchase price. Dion was always on top of things, always thinking a step ahead, giving recommendations when he saw fit that would increase our chances for a better sale price, yet always respected our own decisions. We never had to question whether there was anything we missed or should have thought of, because Dion was there every step of the way giving us sage advice. We bought our second home through Dion and the team at Ray White in May of 2019, as per an agreement with the vendor we had a long settlement period which Dion and the team handled very well. Communication was A+ at all times, even just to check in to see how we are doing. Because of this we decided to lease our other property through RW and have been totally vindicated by our decision. I have dealt with many agents and understand well what it takes to be a brilliant one, Dion and his team at RW stands out as one of the best.
