After 7 long months of preparing my home for sale, I listed with Ray White Thornleigh after attending quite a number of their Auctions in my area, Dion and the Ray White Team impressed me with their excellent negotiating skills and ithe positive results they were achieving at every Auction.. When I eventually put my home on the market, every Baby Boomer in the Hornsby Shire must have decided to do the same, as an incredblbe number of homes burst onto the market in the peak selling period. of 2014. However, with excellent marketing skills Dion not only managed to get my home into the prestige column in The Advocate, in the first week of the month long campaign, but House of the Week in the final week before the scheduled Auction. I was thrilled , but also realized I was in a market with incredble competition for buyers. My confidence in the Ray White Team culminated on Auction Day with an excellent result in a difficult market. Today, I drove around the Thornleigh area to check on sold homes in the last month.
