Dreams Come True
My wife and I have been renting since we were teenagers and after many discussions with family we were able to break free from the rental market. We fell in love with the Kelly Street property. At first we weren't sure how flexible the current owners were going to be as we had a set budget in mind. Mark was able to negotiate a deal suitable for our budget and a fair sale price for the current owners. A win for everyone. We found Mark very easy and comfortable to deal with. Mr O'Meagher was the only agent I used in my search for a new home. I found Mark by asking a local resident if there was anything for sale in Burra. I cold called Mark, left a message, he called back same day. I was a genuine buyer relocating from Darwin, with a desire to be close to Adelaide. I booked an appointment for a few weeks hence, viewed a few properties and purchased. Mark was courteous and helpful through out and I was under no pressure to do anything. This suited the vendor as well, as they needed time to find another suitable home locally. It was win win all the way. I am yet to move in, so stay tuned, and Mark, if you are reading this I expect a box of chocolates and some champagne when I pick up the keys. Good job!!!
