I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Alex Javan in Colbee Ray White for renting out my property. Finding good tenants without extending vacancy time is a process which can be daunting, but the service I received during this process was fantastic every step of the way. I had another agent for a couple of years, and I was really disappointed with their service, so, I started searching around to find another one. I found Colbee Ray White with many great reviews and called them. I talked to Alex and asked him many questions which all were my concerns and issues with my past agent. I got great and professional answers and I immediately decided to transfer the property management to them, and I am now very happy with this decision. From tenancy agreement closure with the old tenant, outgoing inspection and damage repairs to finding new tenants and ingoing inspection and finalizing contract, they were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also profoundly understood the rental market in my area, which allowed me to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations.
