Hi All, I know Deepak since 6 years, I came across so many agents same time but I didn’t find anyone as trustable as him. His frankness in suggestions always made him as my go to person for my property requirements. I told Deepak that I would like to sell my apartment and he made me feel comfortable by explaining entire process patiently with market environments. Later after inspections started, he was giving feedback in 2 days after speaking with all potential buyers. He even follows up for long periods as per buyer requirements. This gave me more confidence while continuing my listing. And finally and best thing is he never rushed me into any decisions but kept all options in front of me and waited for my decisions on how I would like to proceed.
