The first encounter at any property transaction is with an agent. For most people that keeps their interest going in the direction of a certain decision. Through out our research phase to find a the right property, we didn't encounter any better agent than Christian. The kind of professionalism he has shown is just amazing. You want your agent to be in your touch but not so much so that it becomes a burden, he definitely knows that balance.
