I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Adrian, Ozman and the team at Ray White Craigieburn throughout the sale of my townhouse. From the very beginning, Adrian was professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always available when I had questions, and made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. A special mention also has to go to Trish, the auctioneer. She did an absolutely fantastic job on auction day. Her professionalism, confidence and energy really stood out, and I felt completely confident having her represent the property. The whole team worked incredibly hard to achieve a great result, and I really appreciate the effort they put into getting the townhouse sold. He followed up with me for a long time before eventually offering a proposal to sell with comments he had buyers ready to purchase. We did an off market sale and it was successful even in a climate where the government is making turmoil in the housing market. We didn't get the original expected price but still did get a reasonable price based on the market.
