Couple of things we didn't like first of all couldn't get a hold of agent on the day of settlement sent emails and called, had to call the office and ask when we can collect the keys to our new house and they said they were there waiting for us?? We had 20 minutes to collect before they closed .. also found some issues with the house I thought we should have been told like the roller door was not working. Phone calls and emails went un answered and have since not been returned never heard from agent since days before settlement, once we signed final contract we didn't exist.
