While the initial procurement was handled competently, when issues arose, Ray White Craigmore chose to ignore my requests for help. Despite their promises to ensure the property to be left clean and intact for my purchase, the property was left filthy, damaged (after my inspection) and items missing (a complete cupboard!) I approached the agents on these issues and despite promises of inspection and rectification, I never heard from them again. As a purchaser, I found their service and practice lacking. I can't recommend and will not return.

We met Tony after we responded to a flyer which offered a free assessment of our property's value. Tony was very professional. He met with us; assessed the property and left us call him if we decided to sell. NO PRESSURE!. It was obvious that Tony new the market well and guided us expertly through the process. Interest rates were rising and the market was starting to decline but Tony worked hard and got $40k more than we had originally expected. He made the exercise pleasant and a lot easier.
