Great person to deal with
Alan was professional yet homily at the same time, he understood my needs and we finalised the purchase in 8 hours. The only downside was not knowing about a gas leak within the home which was a $3200 loss on top of our purchase. Alan is a younger man who is still building his profile and he is still learning, we all make errors, I would be using Alan again as I feel he will make an outstanding realestate agent because for the first time in my life he was extremely apologetic and those qualities not many people have. I would of preferred a bottle of wine and a plant instead of chocolates Im diabetic ha ha. Keep growing Alan ...
