Ray White sent Kate Rushton who from my first meeting was punctual, knowledgable not just about house prices, but the multi cultural/diverse buying audience in and outside the Cranbourne area. Kate also demonstrated and delivered on all expectations from advising on the sales process (end to end). Kate also ensured communication was clear, concise and regular never leaving me wandering whats happening. Also, I would like to mention Courtney Benson who made a great team with Kate and also ensured I was looked after. Kate was realistic about everything we discussed. Kate certainly gave me confidence overall because she displayed the values of honesty, integrity, collaboration and professionalism in all her actions.

If we could give Paul 7/5 stars we would. His persistence and compassion in selling our property was second to none. He went above and beyond his role to help make the processes as smooth as it possibly could be and always had our best interest and wellbeing in mind. We trusted him 110% which isn't a quality that you easily come by. He has a great team backing him so there is no doubt you will get the best result possible. We first met Mark when he came to the door and introduced himself to us. It was over 12 months later we contacted him to say we were interested in putting our house on the market. He had kept in touch withmarketing materials such as calenders christmas cards etc. As our Agent he was HONEST warm friendly and always kept us informed. He is well presented and professional in all respects but he is also varing and warm hearted. He worked so very hard to sell our house in a market that is not booming and he never gave up even after we definately threw in the towel. That is why the house sold. Happy with the price we sold at because we gained when we bought our new home what we lost on the one we sold. Bless Mark for always being positive warm working so hard on our behalf.
