Hi Mark Hope you are well. I wanted to thank you sincerely for all your efforts in selling my unit. Your persistence and follow up with the sale were second to none and I am thrilled with the outcome. You exceeded all my expectations with the sale price all due in part to your high level of professionalism and communication. I would have no hesitation Mark in recommending you to anybody looking to buy or sell their home. Thanks again and wish you success for the future. Kind regards Glenise Hocking

Chaminda worked very hard to sell our home. Unfortunately the market slowed around the time we listed our property which meant that we had to lower our price expectations however we were happy with the result. Chaminda takes an analytical approach to the sales process which appealed to us.

Having Kate and her team working along side me made the sale of my home much easier than I expected. At all time she listened to my needs and was never too busy at any time of the day to speak to me and answer any questions I had. Kate's knowledge of the local area was invaluable and really showed her commitment to this community. Her years of experience came to the forefront when she negotiated a deal for my home that exceeded my exceptions. I cannot fault Kate in any way and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone who wishes to sell their home. Tom Clarke

We were a buyer with Peter and had such a wonderful experience with how seamless the process was, when we decided to sell we had to get him back to work for us this time. Great work ethic, industry knowledge is the best by far and his commitment to achieving his targets is what makes him great!

Matt was an amazing agent to deal with when I first bought my property from him, so much so, that I used him again 7 years later to sell my property. He is very knowledgeable about the current market situation which helped guide me on the correct path. He provided exceptional service with regular communication and friendly service. I highly recommend Matt if you are looking to sell or buy in the future!
