Not sure where to start, except to say Matt has been brilliant throughout this whole process and then some. This is the second property Matt has sold for us over the last few years, the first being an Estate home on behalf of my family, a difficult process and sale but Matt took it on with excellent results for our family. Because of the complexity of the sale, prior to Matt, I had Agents that were not interested in assisting us in selling Mums property (which I thought I’d never hear). Matt confidently and reassuringly stuck with us throughout the process. So when it came to our property there was no question which agent we would use. Matt kept up the contact with us over the years, at our pace. Matt constantly kept in contact with us and provided market updates but never put the pressure on when we told him about our plans and was incredibly supportive of that, again something I have never really experienced with a realestate agent before. As with all well laid out plans, this changed for us rather quickly and a lot sooner than expected, the minute we told Matt he was on to it! He has again been transparent and upfront and incredibly supportive during these challenging times. From the start Matt had been realistic and honest with us, ensuring our expectations were managed and met making it easy for us to trust him. His market knowledge, professionalism and customer relationship skills were exemplary throughout the process to the point we often had to reminded ourselves that we weren’t the only customer he had, and with all of this achieved an excellent outcome for us.
