I had been looking for a house for a little over 2 months, I had let viourious real estate agents know my situation and that I had settled and moved out and was basically cashed up ready to go! I felt none of them took me seriously as I am a single mum and saw that many of the realestate Agents I had left my details with had sold houses that I would have been interested in without me being notified, it was very frustrating but with Paul Ringeri and Dwayne Rajaratnam and the Raywhite team they contacted sent messages and emails every time something new came up and arranged to see houses before the grand open day and after looking at three property’s with them they found me the perfect home! I found them very easy to deal with they have a very friendly professional and positive genuine approach to sales and helping people and I defenatly recommend them to use! I can’t thank them enough!

I decided to contact Paul when we were ready to sell our house as I saw a comment he had made on a Facebook thread about the market in our area that made a lot of sense. I was trying to decide between him and another agent at the time. My first impression of him was that he was a typical real estate agent. Outgoing, over confident and a little cocky. Then to be told that he had a "team" of staff called "Team Paul Ringiri" made me think that perhaps this guy was a little bit of a wanker. Which is exactly why I hired him. You don't want someone who is just going to agree with everything that you say just to keep you happy. You want an agent who is outgoing and over confident because they are the kind of agents that will sell your house for the best price. Those are the kind of agents who will bust the buyer to get the price higher. It's that annoying over confidence that makes excellent real estate agents. So whilst the numerous texts from his "team" to confirm everything we ever did got a little annoying, Ray White Cranbourne and "Team Paul Ringiri" will never be accused of terrible customer service. They were thorough and the communication was excellent. In the last 2 months I have brought and sold 3 houses and having dealt with three different agents for each transaction, I would not hesitate in recommending Paul and his team and would definitely use them again.

We were very happy with Peter Khamis as our representing agent to sell our house. When we looked at prospective agents, Peter was the most confident in both his knowledge of the area and in his ability to sell our home. Our house was under contact within four days of it hitting the internet, sold officially four days later.We got our asking price. I feel that having open days on both Saturday and Sunday had a big impact as it gave prospective buyers an option to look on either day that was convenient for them. Selling our house which we lived in for twenty five years was quite emotional and Peter was quite sensitive to that. I would definitely recommend Peter to sell your home
