We had a couple of bad experiances with agents in the past,so our selection process this time around was very detailed. After meeting with a few agents,Mark was our clear choice. His easy going, but very professional approach made it stress free and actually a very easy process for us. Mark's way of informing us was great, not once did we have to pick up the phone and call him,and yet we knew everything that was happening. The house sold after only one opening! Do yourself a favour and choose Mark as your agent,he will not let you down. Will definitely recommend and use Mark again in the future. Regards Adnan and Zen

Paul and his team helped make a very stressful process stress-free. Paul was perceptive and took time to ask the right questions. He made sure he knew what we needed for our circumstances not only from the sale but from our agent. And then was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of - even with the things we hadn't thought of yet. Having access to Team Paul Ringeri was great too, we knew we were taken care of no matter what. We liked Paul's approach and had bought with him in the past so took a punt on selling with an agent slightly further away from us than others. We have no regrets.

Mark was fantastic when selling our property. He was extremely knowledgeable of the process and market place, he was able to quickly and comprehensively answer all our questions. We were far away for the sale and he went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready to sell and that we were part of every step in the selling process. Mark has terrific communication skills and is available around the clock for you! I highly recommend him as an agent to sell your house!

Paul was great to deal with, and almost became like a friend. He walked us through the whole process and always kept us informed and up to date. It also helped knowing Paul was a local in the area we were wanting to buy. We would recommend him as an agent any time. God Bless his Heart!
