It is our pleasure writing this review on Chaminda Gunasekara of Ray White Cranbourne. We met Chaminda for the first time during an inspection of a property we purchased at Marriott Waters. From the very first interaction we had with him at the inspection open day, until the sale of the Property, Chaminda maintained an exceptionally professional relationship with us and he always maintained a results driven attitude. Chaminda is remarkably passionate about his job, and provided a holistic approach when assisting with the purchase of the Property. He extended his assistance by recommending a highly professional conveyancer, pre-purchase building inspection service cum pest inspection service and a remarkable Broker. Chaminda demonstrates significant knowledge in the real estate markets and demonstrates an outstanding ability to achieve results for his clients, particularly within short period of time. Given his remarkable sales capability and professionalism, we have asked Chaminda to assist us with selling one of our own properties. Thank you Chaminda for making the purchase a pleasurable experience and we are looking forward to seeking your assistance in years to come, for both sales and rentals of our portfolio of properties.
