Our house sold for more than what we were expecting and we greatly appreciate the honest and open communication throughout the process. Kate was selected from 6 other agents who came to our home. She was personable, punctual, knowledgable and super realistic. The reason we chose Kate was due to her reputation and ability to sell properties fast. She was at the middle to higher end of commission but in our eyes she was worth every cent. After all you cannot put a price on quality of service and ultimately the house sold for much higher than what the other agents were quoting.
