Actually, we were a little in shock as to how quick our sale was. I mean, how would you feel, if after one day on the market, an offer was received? To try and help us attain the best price, Paul continued with the open for inspection on the weekend, without considering the offer until after. Team Ringeri had worked hard and secured a great offer on our property which was so good we accepted immediately. What is there to say? Right people , right price, right time....everything was all right. An answer to prayer. Would I recommend Paul Ringeri? Yep. Would I use him again? You bet. Wouldn't you?
