This is the second time we have engaged Peter to sell a property for us. We needed to sell our mothers unit to pay for entry into a nursing home. Hello, We got a house in Cranbourne North. Initially it was set within certain price range. We inspected the house and liked the rear space and front garden and also the house's age was ok with us. We put an offer next day within mid range of the set price. Initially Dwayne called us and took the offer. After that the negotiation starts, which Paul Ringeri handled really very efficiently. We were not really in a situation to pay more for this property. so we stick up to our offered price. Paul met the vendor same evening and called me back with a just a better price, so finally we offered just $2000 more and it was all done. We were really happy with the price agreed by both of us.
