From first meeting Paul he did not exert any pressure on us to purchase the property. He enabled us to walk thru and inspect the property at our own leisure. Was very informative when asked specific questions concerning the property and the area. He was well supported in the process by Yosef Akbari.
After our initial inspection, follow up with Paul and Yosef was very professional without being "pushy".
Paul arranged a second viewing without any issues and again stood back to enable us to walk thru the property at our own pace to enable us to discuss our thoughts.
During the negotiating stages, we did not feel pressured to increase our offer and were given what we believed were honest answers to our subsequent questions - we felt comfortable dealing with Paul.
Yosef arranged for us to be present during the requested house and pest inspection and was available for any additional questions we had. We felt Yosef was very professional in our dealing with him.
After contract was completed, Paul arranged for us to meet with vendors to go over some details of the property onsite. This was arranged without any issues and was invaluable to us in knowing more about some aspects of the house.
Yosef and Paul were both in communication with us after the contract was signed and before settlement to ensure all was proceeding smoothly. For final inspection, we met both Paul and Yosef onsite. We never felt "hurried" to complete inspection and they gave us plenty of time to go through the property. Again very professionally handled.
After settlement was completed, Yosef contacted us within 2 hours and arranged to meet us at the house within a short time period to hand over the keys.
We could not fault during the whole process the professionalism of Paul and Yosef, and at no stage did we feel pressured to make a decision.
