Paul did alright, however, when it came to price negotiation with the buyer, Paul gave in very easily in persuading me (the seller) to sell it even though we already discussed the selling price. Paul tried his best to talk me into selling it at a lower price. This gave me the perception that Paul preferred to have a quick sale rather than striving hard to achieve a high selling price for me. I have sold a property before and my agent never negotiated a lower selling price. Instead my agent would sell my property with the higher price than expected.

Desperately surfing the web to find a "home", we found this beautiful cottage at 4 Dylan Court, Berwick North. The actual presentation of this cottage immediately captured our attention. We rang the agents at Ray White and spoke to Dwayne Rajaratnam and we agreed to meet at 4 Dylan Court in the afternoon for an inspection. We were warmly welcomed by this courteous young man and he very professionally walked us through the property. We were already intent on buying this cottage and Dwayne's selling skills convinced us even more. We then met Paul Ringeri who clearly explained the whole procedure to us and the deal was concluded in a very friendly and professional atmosphere.
