Our decision to sell was partly due to medical reasons (which was frightening enough). Paris came to the scene. His regular updates, explaining legal processes and assisting in advice paid off. The property was sold in a challenging market. In doing this, his voice on the other side of the phone became our guide in a trying property market. I could focus on surgery and rehab. Matt is a thorough professional and at the same time quite accomodating. In our first inspection of the property, we were late by few minutes than the scheduled inspection. Though Matt was closing the property, he accommodated our request and allowed us inspection for few minutes. And guess what - we loved the property and ended up buying it! Matt has been extremely responsive and kept us informed all through out during the offer and negotiation process. He has a thorough knowledge of the market and the property as well. Deciding to sell a property when being 8 hrs drive from it is exceedingly difficult. Selling when having a life-threatening medical condition is even worse. Paul arrived and the scene.
