At no time did we feel like Paul was just trying 'to get a sale', he checked in frequently, understood that we had some delays and worked with us and ran a great campaign. Dad was extremely happy with the outcome once the house sold as it provided him a little extra financial security as Paul was able to secure a sale price that exceeded our expectation.
