We found Paul at Ray White Cranbourne to be hard working, extremely knowledgeable in the housing market and in particular for our area, down to earth and most importantly trustworthy. A fair negotiator who wasn't pushy and an outcome where both parties were pleased with the sale. Would highly recommend using him for the sale of your home.

We originally bought our first home through Peter 7 years ago and had his number on hand until the day we decided to sell. There was no question that we would choose Peter, as we knew we were working with someone we could trust. We were not disappointed. Peter made the whole process easy and pain free, he was attentive, professional and honest. With an air of charm and ease of communication, Peter guided us through every step of the process. We are so pleased with our outcome and would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is looking to sell.

Peter showed the expected professionalism and knowledge that anyone would want from their agent. This is not what makes him the best. It is his heartfelt passion to get the best result and the excitement that pours out of him in every interaction. We were referred to him by a couple of our neighbours and I understand why. We were so comfortable with him and as a result of his amazing ways, we were able to sell for more than we expected. This in turn has enabled us to follow our dream of moving to a country town with our daughter. We are stress free and happy thanks to Peter.

Paul has been fantastic to work with and someone we can highly recommend. His knowledge of the area combined with the quality of clients at his disposal mean you can expect an effortless sale. Communication was clear and Paul went out of his way to ensure we understood the process and the way his team works before going to market. This lead to a very smooth sale and we look forward to working with Paul and his team again in the future.

Chaminda is the best in the Lyndhurst/Lynbrook corridor! Did not over promise but was very transparent, honest and upfront, his communication was 10/10 and most importantly got me the price I wanted.

What a fantastic event my family & I had in finding our ideal home for my brother. It was our dream to help settle my brother in his own first home and it was made that much more special and unforgettable because Matthew was just amazing in all respects. From his patience and honesty to his quick responses and willingness to accommodate all our requests we were very impressed by this fine young man. It's awkward to call him a salesman or agent as he is clearly a very decent and caring person. An credit to his family and a great asset to his clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending to buy or sell through Matthew Ringeri.

Chaminda’s professionalism and honesty is what really stood out to us. From the very first meeting he filled us with warmth and confidence that he will get the job done. He was always on hand to take our calls and give us all the information you could ask for. He is honest, hardworking and sold our house within days of our first inspection for maximum price. Compared to some agents in the area he is number one. Please don’t hesitate to deal with him you won’t regret it.
