Chaminda thank you so much for you assistance in helping me buy my dream home, your integrity through the process was second to none, your ability to work with the buyer and vendor to achieve the best outcome for both parties was outstanding. Thank you so much for your efforts and when it comes time to sell and move on, you will be at the top of the list.

The whole experience with Peter was amazing. I first called Peter after the listing and before the first open. He discussed in detail about the property which was amazing since most of the agents don't even pick calls during this initial phase. He was always helpful for any queries and updated about any progresses in time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fine set of skills and knowledge!!

Peter is a professional with a vast knowledge of the housing market. He had my house sold and under contract in 3 days and for much more then I expected. He exceeded all my expectations. I wouldn’t bother going to anyone else.

Chaminda is an excellent real estate agent. He exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, hard work and tireless dedication to sell my house was great. One day if I ever sell my next house he’ll be first person I call. When I considered selling my house I called him directly. When I purchased the property 8 years ago he’s the only agent that kept in touch over the years.

I raised my family in this home so it was an extremely emotional and difficult sale. I was doubtful we would even be able to sell due to COVID however Peter put me completely at ease and I was blown away at how quick and easy the sale was. I was constantly up to date and well informed. Peter was wonderful with his communication. I'm not tech-savvy either but Peter walked me through every step.

Chaminda have been a great asset to us when selling our property. Not only that he sold the property for us, he understood the market very well and provided us with realistic expectations. We really appreciated key information on changes required in the houses when you put it on sale and guided us for the best proposal possible. We highly regard chaminda and will use him next time if and when we sell a house again .

We approached Paul as we knew he was an expert in our suburb. From the moment we met Paul, we could tell that he was passionate about what he does but also extremely thorough. He went through all the comparison data with us in simple terms so my wife and I could both easily understand it. In the end, we got the result we wanted and we were under contract for a long time (which was out of Paul's control) but he made sure to keep in contact with us to give us constant updates and go above and beyond to get answers to all our questions. We couldn't recommend Paul enough, especially if you are looking at buying or selling In Botanic Ridge and surrounding areas!
