We'd done a LOT of research of our area, and who the big agents were. But numbers only say so-much. It's the biggest investment of our life, so we interviewed 7 different agents, and asked a lot of questions. Different genders, cultures, styles. Some were living in the 50's, playing stupid games, and even openly ignorant about our multicultural neighbourhood & potential buyers. Others were very slick & modern. Matt was the top of that group.
