Amazing experience from beginning to end.
The whole experience with Peter was amazing. I first called Peter after the listing and before the first open. He discussed in detail about the property which was amazing since most of the agents don't even pick calls during this initial phase. He was always helpful for any queries and updated about any progresses in time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fine set of skills and knowledge!!

The best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
Chaminda is an excellent real estate agent. He exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, hard work and tireless dedication to sell my house was great. One day if I ever sell my next house he’ll be first person I call. When I considered selling my house I called him directly. When I purchased the property 8 years ago he’s the only agent that kept in touch over the years.

Peter was nothing short of amazing.
I raised my family in this home so it was an extremely emotional and difficult sale. I was doubtful we would even be able to sell due to COVID however Peter put me completely at ease and I was blown away at how quick and easy the sale was. I was constantly up to date and well informed. Peter was wonderful with his communication. I'm not tech-savvy either but Peter walked me through every step.
