Mark Simmons is a very dedicated, self motivated and hard working man. His communication with us was direct and he has extensive knowledge in his profession. Our house sold within the first week once it was listed and even prior to listing Mark had prospect buyers take a look at our house. We got what we expected for the house and because of the complexities of COVID-19 we were really happy to accept and sell quick.
