Incompetent Accounting standards

It has been an awful experience doing the accounting reconciliation. We have been dealing with Ray White Cranbourne for ~6 months and every other statement has some or the other issue and the sad part is that the mistakes are repetitive. The error highlighted in the first statement has been repeated in the most recent statement and even after speaking to the agent it hasn't been fixed for over 19 days. The amount of time we spend reconciling the statements isn't worth the money we pay them every month. What a shame!
