Metin made the process of selling our house as simple as it could be, and worked to ensure a fair price for both us as the vendor as well as for the buyer. He has an excellent knowledge of the surrounding market, and obviously works to keep his finger on the pulse. Metin was always professional and respectful, even when, due to our religious convictions, we requested work not be done on a Saturday, which probably made things a little more difficult in regard to arranging workers. I’m not convinced Metin actually sleeps - he certainly works quite late into the evening/night, and indeed called quite some time after business hours the night before we were planning to move from off-market sale to market sale with the offer that we accepted, which certainly helped us! In fact, it’s probably time he went on a holiday… or at least turned his phone to DND! lol Seriously though, if you’re looking to buy or sell in the area and Metin is one of your options, you honestly can’t go wrong.
