What more could you want?
Kim has an in depth knowledge and expertise of real estate, and the area in general that only a long standing local can possess, and that is priceless for people such as ourselves, who are not from the area. Kim was professional, knowledgable and friendly right off the bat, and his office staff were the same. Not only did we meet a realtor with great knowledge, we met someone we felt we could trust. No pushy salesman there! The property we bought was exactly as the listing said with no hidden surprises. Would we deal with Kim again - absolutely!
