Peter was a natural choice for us when we decided to sell our house. He had been the seller's agent when we bought the house 14 years ago and I retained a very positive impression of him from that time. Over the years, Peter would check in with me and valued the property for me a year before we decided to sell. It was nice that he remembered how the property had been and appreciated how we have renovated it. There are many documents involved in both the listing and offer and acceptance phase and Peter and Bernadette sat with us and explained each and every item. They also explained relative merits of different approaches to marketing the house and accepted without question any decision we made. During the period of home opens, Peter was extremely thorough in following up all the people who had visited and from this gave a detailed report of what positive and negative impressions buyers had shared, along with their statements of the price they felt the property might fetch. We found this useful and could appreciate the time that compiling such a document would take. Peter's calm manner was very reassuring throughout the whole time. We received offers within the week and really felt that we had sold the property at the best price possible for us. I would not hesitate to recommend him, Bernadette and their son ("Team Kasten") to anybody looking to sell.

He was always available and responded with good information when needed. Peter has provided helpful advice on our home staging for the sale and he has planned the sale of our home and it went excatly to plan with several great offers made.
