I guess one could say my sale was a reluctant sale. Ill health made me worry about my financial future and I felt the need to downsize and sell the house I loved, but my previous experiences of other agents had been negative and I was very unsure of what to do. Dean made me feel completely at ease and gave me time without being pushy but also gave me some really good advice on how to finance my downsize which without it, I don’t think I’d have proceeded. He was so invested in my journey and worked really hard really fast but also was super compassionate during a very emotional time for me. When I finally decided to sell we had limited time and it was on the market within a couple of days, we had the first offer within a few days of being on the market and a hugely busy home open. At every stage I had full trust in Dean and the final price was amazing and testament to his hard work and determination - and made me feel that I’d made the right decision. The correspondence was 100%. Sure, someone else could sell your home but it’s a big deal and Dean made my life 100% easier. The settlement and handover was amazingly smooth and all parties were happy. Everyone can do their job well but Dean really cares about his work and his clients and we are so grateful to him for going the extra mile. Not only will you like him and kaylee but they will sell your house at the best price possible. I genuinely can’t recommend highly enough. Forever grateful.
