Peter is very professional and delivered on what he said he could do for us. I liked how he told us EXACTLY what was happening and when. Peter advised us what he would say and do in the negotiations and he delivered. There was no stone unturned and no surprises. Peter has sold a lot in the area, I always thought it was best to go with a local agent, that's not the case. He's sold more in Scarborough than most "local agents". Well done to his team, 1 home open and it was all over.

We weren’t the easiest of clients to deal with, although I doubt we were the worst either! That said, Peter and Vivian were gracious at all times and gently guided us through what was, for us, a very traumatic venture. There was a bit of “to-ing and fro-ing” with what we expected and what they believed was reality but we got there in the end.
