Candie was great! Responsive and excellent local market knowledge!

A couple of things caught my attention about Candie. When we were getting ready to make an offer, she walked us through recent sales in the areas and the pros and cons of each one of them. This is a great approach compared to "what is the property worth to you?" approach that I heard from a few agents. Her approach helped us to feel more confident about what our offer should be. We also noticed Candie was very careful to keep the disturbance of selling the home to a minimum since it was an emotional sale for the previous owner and Candie was caring and kind with her when we came for a walk through. Thank you Candie!

Excellent service and an amazing result

Candie was extremely empathetic with my elderly Mother who was very anxious and reticent to sell. She organised an off market situation without any home opens to assist with reducing my Mums anxiety. She was very patient and professional throughout the whole process and was contactable by family members throughout. I would recommend her 100% to anyone trying to sell their home!
