I'm so glad we chose Vivien Yap!
Vivien was impressive all-round. On our initial meeting, my sisters and I quickly came to the conclusion that Vivien Yap and her colleague Claire O'Meara were the right people to handle the sale of our late mother's properties. Their assistance and advice was reassuring and always TIMELY. They were available to answer our questions whenever we had one, and were often a great source of moral support for us whenever we needed feedback or encouragement throughout the sometimes stressful process. In short, they were responsive to our every need. At once efficient, practical and professional, they also injected into this mix a very human, personal element. They were always ready with a helpful reply to our messages or called us back to allay any fears or uncertainties if ever we had any. To say they were by our side every step of the way is not an overstatement, because they were. Vivien and Claire, thank you again so much for putting us in touch with all the right people to help us present our properties to their best advantage, and, in so doing, getting us such good sales results. To conclude, I thought Vivien was an agent of the highest quality, both in her attention to detail as well as on the personal side of things, and we are so grateful we followed our instincts and chose her ahead of other agents, some of whom were very impressive, too. We met Claire through Vivien Yap, as we had two properties for sale. Claire took charge of our smaller investment property. Claire is caring, genuine, calm and organised. Claire is a great communicator, and she generated so much interest in our property, it was the number 1 clicked property on Realestate.com for the month. Claire got us the price we wanted and sold within a month. She took us through the auction process, and whilst we were hesitant, she was able to guide us and attend our concerns. Claire is a kind, considerate and gentle human being, who has earned our respect and our friendship. I would recommend Claire to anyone who is looking for a top realestate agent who doesn't fit the stereotype.
Vivien Was Amazing
I did my research before narrowing our real estate agents down to three. We loved Vivien's zest for life and her enthusiasm, so we decided to listen to our instincts and choose Vivien. She guided us through what was a very emotional sale of our mother's house. Vivien's organisation skills are a thing to behold, something we really valued. When she introduced us to Claire O'Meara, her second in charge, we were sceptical. But Claire was so attentive, gentle natured and genuine, that they really made an extraordinary team. They got us the price we were wanted, with a quick sale, and Vivien REALLY knows her stuff. We put our confidence in her, and she delivered. We respect and admire her and can't recommend Vivien and Claire highly enough. You're in safe hands if you choose Vivien as your agent.
