Vivien Yap

We are blown away by Vivien (and her team's) efficiency. They already had a serious buyer lined up before we even launched, and after a single open house, our home was sold for a fantastic price in a cooling market. They communicated clearly every step of the way, took all the stress out of selling, and handled everything with total professionalism. If you want results fast, hire Vivien & her Ray White team!

Knows market well, communication skills great, giving realistic expectations and would recommend Vivienne. We have sold three houses through Vivienne and have been happy with outcomes each time.

Buying a home is such a personal and emotional milestone and we are so grateful to Vivien Yap and her team (especially Kathryn) for helping us find our beautiful new home in North Coogee. This is more than a house to us—it’s the beginning of a new chapter for our family and somewhere we look forward to making memories for many years to come. Vivien, thank you for the care, effort and personal attention you put into helping us find the right home. It means a great deal to both of us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Vivien and her team to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you for being part of such a special moment in our lives. David and Carla

Vivien was profoundly genuine, sharp and honest. No call regardless on time or day was ever left unanswered. The task had to be completed and in the best interest of all parties. Thank you VY & Co!

Viviane helped us finding the property we were looking for, She is highly approachable, very persistent and hard worker, She answers her phone anytime and answers any concerns in great details and passionately. Buying a house is a stressful job and she makes sure you understand every step of the way and literally holds your hand all the way to get your dream house keys and even beyond, highly recommend her.

The Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont team has a wealth of experience in the market. We were guided with the process all along and Vivien is super responsive and always provided us with updates to the home opens, feedback and opportunities. Thank you!
