Very easy to communicate with, straight to the point. Reaches out to inform me of any updates. I've encountered a few agents that ramble on about stuff I don't need to hear about or are hard to talk to but Baruk is very pleasant and easy which I appreciate, the whole process couldn't have been smoother which was a big relief for me.
