I contacted Scott to enquire about selling our home through Him, Ray White Dapto. Scott was so professional when inspecting our home, honest and came prepared with recent local sales, information of current and future property trends. After going through the nitty gritty, Scott was confident our property would sell first week at the estimate that he believed it was worth when compared to current market trends and pre-sales. Scott kept us in constant communications with the process, arranged photos day after we signed him up and with potential buyers enquires. Scott advised to get a building/pest control report done prior to any offers as we had strong interest and he didn't want potential buyers having to wait for the reports to be carried out and loose valuable time whilst this year had so many hurdles. Scott was able to bring all interested parties down to two main buyers and the negotiations began. Scott was able to secure us a sale price which I believe now holds area record. Scott's work however did not end at the sale lock in. He then arranged my solicitor to commence working in the background. From day Scott listed our property and went live, he was able to secure a buyer in 5 working days (Listed Friday and sold following Thursday 10:30am). I would no doubt recommend Ray White Dapto but most importantly I would be more than happy to have Scott Trinder look after not only mine but my family and friends property requirements.
