Hard working agent
Lydia has been a great agent to work with to sell our property, hard working, bubbly and very professional. We really appreciated that Lydia went the extra mile, was able to be contacted in a timely manner, committed to seeing our sale through to its conclusion and really took the time to know the in's and out's of our particular property. Some agents wait for a property to sell itself, but having Lydia as our agent we knew that she had our back and was doing the job an agent is paid to do. Clare sold me my new home at Deception Bay.
Clare has very extensive knowledge of the local area and her experience shines as she moves quickly and efficiently during the sale of the property. One thing I especially liked about Clare she was always there to answer any questions honestly. She was extremely helpful to both buyer and seller which is a display of great work ethics. Experience Shines Through
It was reassuring to have two professional agents that were 100% on our side. Clare and Lydia were knowledgeable, accommodating and confident without being pushy. These girls have strategy, they know what they are doing and their experience was evident in the way they dealt with every situation. From the photo-shoot right through to the settlement, both of them were available for advice at any time. They went above and beyond with twilight open homes and their feedback was outstanding. Our price expectations were met and the whole transaction went very smoothly. It is clear that Clare and Lydia are in the business for the long term and not just out to make a quick buck. Went above and beyond to help sell my property
When putting my house on the market we discovered extensive damage that needed repairing. Living interstate it was difficult for me to manage, so Clare found builders and visited the house to check on their work. Clare always remained in close contact to update me on what is happening with repairs and who she has taken through the house. Clare was also good at suggesting what cosmetic work could be done to achieve a higher price and what things wouldn't yield any results. On top of all of that, Clare was just a really lovely, friend person. Thank you so much Clare!!

She was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable & resourceful
Clare has recently taken over from another agent to sell my prop in Deception Bay. To be honest, she was a breath of fresh air. After being clear about my expectations, she ran with it and in a short time, fulfilled my sale at the right price. There was no managing down my price expectations to meet an existing lower offer. After 1st sale fell thru (insufficient finance), she re-grouped overnight and found me another buyer by end of the next day. Happy to be quoted saying she was very responsive, determined & efficient. Will only be dealing with her in the future, whatever agency she is working for.

Responsive and quick
Clare has been responsive throughout the selling process and upfront with her advice even though we came across issues outside of Clare's experience but still endeavoured to help and solve. Even our buyer has purchased through her previously which speaks to Clare's character and background in the property industry.

Highly professional and a pleasure to work with
Lydia's knowledge of the market in this area is second to none, Lydia's approach in guiding us through the sale of our home was professional and also fun. Lydia is Great and she will definitely be my go to if I need to sell my house again!
From day one Lydia was informative and very professional. My situation was a little tricky and she listened to what my needs were and understood what I was hoping to achieve. Her pricing was very competitive and I was impressed with the level of service we received, she would schedule open home inspections at times that would suit our busy schedule and even offered two open home inspections on Saturday of each week, she was always on time and gave great feedback after each inspection. She kept me updated at all times, she was very responsive to my requests and within a timely manner. She dealt with difficulties with ease and reassured me when needed. We came up against some challenges but she handled them in a calm, positive and professional manner, always looking ahead with a positive attitude rather than dwelling on the negatives. She did everything she could possibly do to sell our house in the expected timeframe and her presentation was excellent! Her negotiations skills are excellent without being too pushy, looking after both the seller and the buyer and her after sale follow up was excellent which is hard to find in the industry. I have thanked her so many time but cannot thank her enough, I would highly recommend Lydia's services and would definitely engage her services again if needed.
