We were looking to sell our home in Deception Bay, my wife, with the help of the internet contacted several agents to arrange an appointment. We were so impressed with Clare's phone mannerism, we decided to delay other real estate interviews to see what Clare had to offer and we can tell you we were not disappointed. Clare is a straight talking no nonsense young lady with expert knowledge of the Moreton Bay area and has the sales to back her claim that she is the the most capable real estate sales person to list and sell our property, so naturally we did. We took her advice and followed all her do's and dont's prior to listing, which also turned out to be right on the money.
