Not residing in this area we were unsure who to chose to sell our investment property and we only asked one other agent to review the property apart from Ray White Deception Bay. It was obvious from that 1st meeting that Clare had the passion for real estate and the property and also the area, having resided their many years. In the opening remark on arriving the other agent said 'Oh I wish this lovely renovated house was at Redcliffe I could sell it tomorrow'...that was enough for us! Clare was amazing in her professionalism all aspects were covered and we would truly recommend her all round approach she goes well beyond the normal open houses and keeps the client informed fully along the way. We did put a lot of thought into renovating the property and Clare could see the effort and dollars well spent to see our property actually sold prior to Auction! Thank you Clare well done. Lydia did a great job marketing and selling our property, unlike other agents I have dealt with she kept in constant contact keeping me up to date with what was going on.
