Ana brings to Ray White Dethridge Groves a wealth of Real Estate Knowledge – With over 10 years of experience, Ana predominantly focuses on leasing and has a strong background in strata, although she has been known to engage in a few sales to keep things challenging and varied. On a personal level, Ana loves to read explorative topics, current choice of read is “Grounded” which is based on soil exploring why soil is important to humans and planet Earth. Always efficient with great communication.

I’ve leased properties through RWDG on a couple of occasions over the last few years and they’ve always been very efficient with the leasing process and kept me up to date with any applications or leasing relevant information in general. Always friendly and willing to help where ever they need to and nothing is too much trouble.

Poor communication, lack of professionalism & ongoing issues

My experience with Ray White has been disappointing. Although Anita does respond to emails, it’s only on the topics she wants to discuss — not the concerns I’ve repeatedly raised. Issues in the property have gone unresolved for months with no clear plan to fix them. My details were also shared with the owners, who then contacted me directly saying they wanted to move back in. When I didn’t respond, they began showing up at the premises and monitoring who was parking in the bays, which felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially as I’m entitled to choose who parks there. The only positive has been the lovely lady who attends for routine inspections — she has been warm, respectful and an absolute sweetheart. Unfortunately, the overall lack of genuine communication, privacy, and follow-through has made the tenancy far more stressful than it should be.

Staff were personable, informative, and helpful.

Dimitri was professional and helpful as I was doing this for the first time. His advice about how to prepare my flat to give me the best returns was shown to be accurate and resulted in leasing my property for the price I wanted. He was very clear about the responsibilities they would undertake and assisted me to obtain insurance. Appointments were always on time and the follow up from Ana and Steven were also of the same standard.
