I recently had a change of tenant at my property at 6 Bath Street, Wembley. The rental of this property is managed by Edison McGrath Claremont. All aspects of this matter were handled very professionally by my Edison McGrath Property Manager, Magdalena Abad. Magdalena clearly has a very good understanding of the market in this area, as well as both the practical aspects of property management and the legal processes that are increasingly part of that activity. I was particularly impressed that although nine parties applied to lease the property, only one got through the filters which Magdalena applied. This indicates that the objective of accepting only the very best potential tenants has been very actively applied. During this process, Magdalena kept me informed at all stages of the process. I elected to plan a short tenant free period to carry out some maintenance work myself.
