Very disappointed with how the dynamics have taken place so far. Our agent never replies to our emails and it requires several attempts to reach out before a response. Said responses are abrupt, unprofessional and don’t address our concerns. The property has had many urgent preexistente repairs needed since move in date, some several ones including major water leaks into the property. Non have been addressed. I expected more from a reputable company.
