Great communication, and a good result.
Overall we were happy with Alan's sale of our house. The communication was always fantastic, which we really liked, and we definitely feel that Alan and his team worked hard for us. We didn't quite achieve the (admittedly high) result we were hoping for, and we are not completely sure if this outcome was inevitable or if perhaps the marketing campaign could have been different. But ultimately we were happy with the result and do not feel that any difference between desired and sale price was due to lack of effort on Alan's part. We could easily recommend Alan and the team at Ray White Plenty.
