Unprofessional

Very poor performance by Kylie. Spent over $10,000 on works without my knowledge or consent. I only found out about these works on settlement. Claims complete ignorance as to why I wasn't notified of quotes and will not refund me the money. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust this agent.
